Located northwest of downtown Tallahassee in the Griffin Heights neighborhood, Springfield Apartments is poised for redevelopment. This initiative, supported by both the City of Tallahassee and Leon County, aims to transform the site and its surrounding area while engaging the community in the planning process.

A six-month community engagement guided the redevelopment, ensuring the vision reflects the needs of residents and stakeholders. The process includes workshops, surveys, and interactive mapping to gather input and feedback.
